Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of plumbing and heating services by Ilir Nuredini trading as I.N Plumbing and Central Heating (“we”, “us”, “Ilir”) to customers in London, England. By instructing us to carry out work, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide plumbing, central heating, gas and bathroom installation services within Greater London. The exact scope of any job is set out in the written quote we provide before work begins.

2. Quotations

Quotes are free and given without obligation. A quote is valid for 30 days from the date issued, after which it may be subject to revision (for example if material costs change). A quote is an offer; the contract is formed when you accept it in writing (email or SMS is fine) and we agree a date.

3. Pricing

Prices in our quotes are inclusive of labour and parts unless explicitly stated. VAT is shown separately where applicable. Additional work outside the original quote will be discussed and quoted separately before being carried out — we never start unagreed work.

4. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each individual quote and invoice. Typical terms: deposit on materials for larger jobs, balance on completion. We accept bank transfer and card payment. Late payment may incur interest at the statutory rate.

5. Workmanship guarantee

We provide a 12-month guarantee on all workmanship from the date of completion. Parts carry the manufacturer’s own warranty (typically 1–12 years for boilers depending on brand and accreditation). The workmanship guarantee covers defects in installation, not damage caused by misuse, third-party tampering, hard-water scaling or wear and tear.

6. Cancellation rights

For contracts entered into away from our business premises (which is most of our work), you have the right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Full details are set out on our cancellation rights page.

7. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the contract for the work carried out, except in cases of death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

8. Force majeure

We are not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, supply-chain disruption, illness, or events affecting access to the property.

9. Complaints

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
