Our solution
We specified a modern condensing boiler sized to the property, upgraded key controls, and carried out full commissioning to ensure safe, efficient operation from day one.
Work carried out
-Isolated and removed the old boiler safely
-Installed the new boiler and connected flow/return, gas, condensate, and PRV discharge correctly
-Added/updated smart controls and configured heating schedules
-Checked system pressure, expansion, and circulation
-Completed safety checks and commissioning steps
-Cleaned up and walked the customer through operation and basic care
